Residential Cleaning Services We Offer
Kitchen
Disinfecting of sinks and countertops, cleaning of inside and outside of microwave, outside of appliances and cabinets. Cleaning of inside of fridge and oven available for an extra charge.
Bathrooms
Includes cleaning of floors, sanitizing of sinks, countertops, tubs / showers and toilets; dusting (or washing, if required) of cabinet exteriors, and cleaning of mirrors.
Move In/Out
When taking possession of a new home or apartment, we will do a full clean and sanitize. Areas of concentration will be bathrooms, kitchen and all contact surfaces.
Deep Cleaning
If the home has not been maintained or cleaned within the last 60 days.
Carpet Cleaning
Includes cleaning of floors, sanitizing of sinks, countertops, tubs / showers and toilets; dusting (or washing, if required) of cabinet exteriors, and cleaning of mirrors.
Interior Windows
Glass will be cleaned (streak-free) and frames and ledges dusted and wiped. This is only applicable to windows that can be reached with a two-step ladder.
Bedrooms, Living Rooms, Dining Rooms and Common Areas
Dusting, vacuuming / mopping of floors, cleaning of baseboards, disinfecting light switches and doorknobs, emptying of trash.
Wet Wipe Window Blinds
All vertical and horizontal blinds and / or shutters will be cleaned. Note that window coverings must be accessible with a two-step ladder.
