The following steps can help you prepare for your house cleaning:
If something comes up that causes a conflict in your cleaning schedule, please call us as soon as possible. We appreciate a 48-hour notice but understand that some situations are just unavoidable.
We only hire caring workers who have the legal right to work in Canada. All are subjected to a comprehensive background check. Once completed, they must receive training to be fully bonded and covered under our corporate liability insurance.
If you are home when your cleaning professional(s) arrive, no problem. Our team will happily work around you without disrupting your normal activities in the home. If you are not home, our team will complete their cleaning checklist and exit your home.
Along with a smile and an attitude that earns your respect, we arrive with our own cleaning supplies and equipment.
Our crews are available for appointments Mondays through Saturdays, 9am – 6pm and Sundays from 9am – 4pm.
Of course, not all homes are lived in the same way and cleaning thoroughly sometimes means staying a little longer than scheduled at your home to give it some extra attention. Our team will discuss with the client before continuing cleaning outside their booked time slot.
We offer one-time, weekly, biweekly and once a month cleaning.
If your requested service is a one-time clean, payment is required at the end of the cleaning. Our cleaning staff does NOT accept payment. All payments are made to AMM.
We currently accept cash, e-transfer, credit card or cheques.
After the first cleaning by AMM, a representative will follow-up to get your candid feedback on the service. AMM guarantees that our customers will be completely satisfied.
If for any reason we do not meet your expectations, we will come back and do what it takes to complete the job to your total satisfaction. We simply ask that you notify us within 24 hours about any issue at all.
If something is damaged during the course of a cleaning, then we will make every effort to repair, or when necessary, replace the damaged item. That is because we provide all the necessary insurance to protect your home, property and our employees:
Liability: should we damage anything in your home
Bonding: to protect your property
Workers Compensation: should an employee become injured while in your home
We offer cleaning services to all types of commercial buildings, including offices, medical and dental clinics, schools and daycares, self-storage facilities, car dealerships, retail stores, condominiums and more.
That is a decision which can be made by each business owner. We can provide you the cost for labour only, or labour and supplies. When we provide you with an estimate, you can choose which option works best for your business.
That depends on the type of cleaning service you are looking for. For regular, ongoing cleaning service, we usually provide a fixed price, based on the number of hours of service (per day, or per week) that you require. For a one-time cleaning service, we usually charge an hourly rate based on the area that requires cleaning.
After many, many years of experience, we can estimate how long each area of your business will take to clean. Of course, there are several factors involved; for example, how many private offices there are, how many bathrooms and / or kitchens, the type(s) of flooring in the facility, and the level of foot traffic in different areas of the business, just to name a few. Prior to beginning any new commercial cleaning service, we do a thorough walk through of the facility and speak with the owner or manager, to understand your requirements as well as building itself.
Most business owners prefer to have a contract, so that they can budget for their cleaning costs, and save time by not having to constantly look for a new cleaning company. It also makes it easier for us to schedule our staff and ensure your cleaning crew is dedicated to your site, as well as offer you the most competitive pricing.
We can schedule your cleaning crew to arrive and work at a time that is most convenient for, and best suited to your business model, whether it’s after you have closed for the day, or while your clients are in the facility.
We have an after-hours emergency phone line that is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If something comes up in the middle of the night, you can call us, and we will do our best to get a team on site as soon as possible.
If this is something you require, we can include it in your service agreement. Any requests that fall outside the scope of your contract will be quoted and invoiced separately.
It depends on the terms of your contract, but we generally issue invoices at the end of each month following service.
Our lawn care services include grass cutting, edging or trimming, shrub pruning, as well as leaf and debris removal. We also offer lawn fertilization, overseeding, weed control, moss control, lawn aeration, lawn pest control, and more.
We offer landscaping services according to your needs. The most common plans and schedules we provide are:
We offer both residential and commercial landscaping.
There are several factors that go into the decision to hire a landscaping company. Depending on the size of your property and your lifestyle, it can be a lot of extra work to keep your lawn healthy and attractive. Hiring a company to provide your lawn with regular maintenance will enhance the curb appeal of your home or business.
How often you should cut your grass is largely determined by the rate in which your grass grows. You will need to mow more regularly at different times of year than at others. Spring and autumn provide the best conditions for grass growth. As a result, growth speeds up and so you’ll need to mow more regularly. During the summer, growth slows down and so you won’t need to mow as often.
Unfortunately, we do not offer snow removal at this time.
General contracting is an umbrella term which covers many different construction services (or trades) for various areas of a property.
We offer all the services you need to do interior renovations in your home or business. This includes electrical work, plumbing, drywall installation (including mudding and taping), interior wall removal / addition, stucco removal, flooring removal and installation, interior painting, cabinet and vanity installation, security camera installation, and many more.
We do not do any roofing, millwork, window and door installation, foundation and / or excavation services. We don’t provide any interior design or decorating services but may be able to provide some recommendations for other businesses we have partnered with on previous projects.
Yes, we have commercial general liability insurance as well as worker’s compensation insurance (WSIB) covering all trades we offer.
Depending on the size of your project, we may require a deposit to begin the work, especially if we are supplying some or all of the materials. Our standard progress billing structure is a 30% deposit upon acceptance of the written estimate, another 50% when the project is halfway complete, and the final 20% upon completion / final inspection. We will work with you to come up with a payment structure that makes sense for your budget and your specific project.
If you wish to purchase the materials on your own, we will only quote you for the labour required to install them.
Our team will assess what has been completed so far, and work with you to determine the best way to move forward with your changes. This may mean issuing a revised estimate, or billing for the work that has already been finished and preparing a new estimate for the change request.
